Senior Designer, APAC

As a Senior Design Manager at The Great Room (“TGR”) (hereinafter known as Industrious), you will lead and deliver Industrious' design vision across multiple projects, from concept through construction and launch. You will oversee space planning, finishes, artwork, and styling, ensuring design quality, brand consistency, and operational requirements are met.

You will act as the senior custodian of Industrious' design standards, working closely with external design consultants and internal teams including Real Estate, Construction, Operations, and Facilities. The role requires strong project leadership, cost and schedule awareness, and the ability to drive consistency while enabling innovation across projects.

You will also mentor junior designers and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Industrious' workplace design approach.
