This is a mid- to upper-level design role for a highly skilled architectural designer with strong 3D modelling, visualisation capability and growing leadership potential. The Designer / Senior Designer will work closely with senior staff to translate early design direction into clear architectural concepts, test-fits, massing studies, character studies and presentation material for residential, hospitality, mixed-use and master planning projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate sketches, verbal direction, references and project briefs into clear 3D models, diagrams, drawings and visual material.
• Prepare pre-concept and concept design packs, including plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, precedent studies and presentation layouts.
