Senior Designer – IAG Creative Services

Fixed‑term full‑time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) or Te Whanganui‑a‑Tara (Wellington).

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that bring marketing, communication and brand campaigns to life across multiple channels.
• Create high‑quality design assets spanning digital advertising, social content, EDMs, video, web experiences, environmental graphics and customer communications.
• Partner with copywriters, marketers and other stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling creative outcomes across some of NZ's most iconic brands including AMI, State and NZI.
• Present creative ideas and design recommendations with confidence, building stakeholder understanding and support through clear rationale.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while bringing fresh thinking and creativity to every brief.
