Keep up to date with industry trends, new platforms and technologies — with a particular focus on emerging AI tools and their practical application in eCommerce development — and actively share your knowledge with internal
teams.
Produce high-quality, maintainable, tested code using established frameworks and common design patterns, leveraging AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality.
