Pearson Carter are currently working with an innovative deep-tech startup based in Tauranga. They are building cutting-edge technology that monitors real-time chemical changes to improve efficiency and safety across industrial systems. As they move from MVP to pilot stage, they are looking for their first in-house Developer to take ownership of the software platform.

Design and build scalable Python applications
Integrate hardware sensors via USB/serial interfaces
Develop and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
Build front-end interfaces (React Native or similar)
Own architecture from MVP through to production
