• Experience with Thunderhead / Smart Communications (template design, document generation)
• Good understanding of data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work in an Agile / fast-paced environment
