We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Development and Regeneration Manager to help lead the delivery of Stockport’s ambitious regeneration and development programme. This is a key role within the Development and Regeneration team, leading complex projects for the Council and the Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC) from inception through to delivery, securing investment, managing strategic partnerships and helping to bring forward schemes that support the Council’s growth and place-shaping priorities.

Stockport is undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation, with major investment and a strong pipeline of regeneration and development activity across the borough.
