Job Description The Senior Development Manager is responsible for leading real estate development projects from early feasibility and entitlements through design, construction, and project completion. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of master planned residential communities, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with approved business plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The position requires strong expertise in Calgary-area municipal processes, development economics, consultant and contractor management, and multi-functional leadership. The Senior Development Manager works closely with internal teams, consultants, municipal authorities, and external partners to advance development-ready projects while managing risk and enhancing long-term value.
