Position Overview

  • What you will do

  • Support the Dev Environments team in achieving its objectives and strategic initiatives;
  • Contribute to DevLab and Cloud VM cost-saving efforts through infrastructure optimization and automation;
  • Provide ongoing technical support to internal stakeholders and ensure a high-quality user experience;
  • Track and maintain support metrics and Service Level Objectives (SLOs);
  • Participate in backlog refinement and deliver improvements and enhancements as team capacity permits;
  • Promote and implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and operational excellence best practices.

  • Must haves

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related infrastructure engineering role ;
