Develop validation related documentation for new and existing applications in ServiceNow.
Create and route architectural design, requirements specifications, and test sets including tracing of requirements through test in Open Text ALM.
Administer ALM and DevOps solutions, source code control systems, CI/CD platforms, requirements management tools, defect tracking systems, cloud technologies, and other collaborative solutions supporting business partners.
Provide technical support to Developers, Testers, and Engineers.
Deliver high‑touch, one‑on‑one business assistance for new projects, enhancements, and general support needs.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for ServiceNow incidents and work orders.
