Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager to support a strategic initiative within a leading bank's loyalty team. This role is focused on designing, building, and scaling offers, rewards, and customer engagement experiences that enhance loyalty across the bank’s digital ecosystem, creating a more seamless, personalized customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for loyalty, offers, and rewards initiatives
• Translate high‑level business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver customer‑facing digital features
• Lead the development of offers and rewards experiences, including campaign enablement, redemption flows, and customer journeys
• Drive integration of loyalty features into the broader digital banking platform and ecosystem
