Senior Director, Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience
+ 15 years of experience working in engineering organizations spanning work across engineering, product, technical program management and operations
+ 15 years managing technical projects in the software engineering domain
+ 10 years of experience managing a team

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ MBA, Master's degree or PhD in Engineering
