The role of Corporate Development is to enhance the Company strategies to grow the business by identifying external opportunities such as businesses, assets, partnerships and structuring solutions that will accelerate the growth, efficiency and capabilities of our System. We identify and pursue opportunities in line with defined priority areas based on the Company's overall strategies, considering value creation criteria, risk parameters, resources allocation priorities, and key financial metrics.

This role is a key contributor to the Corporate Development mission. The role supports the identification of opportunities and works collaboratively across functions and operating units and with our bottling partners.
