Job Summary

The Senior Director HR Business Transformation & Head Office will drive cultural and business transformation for the Emerging Markets organization, realigning the culture to the EM vision, mission and core values to achieve strategic objectives. This role will manage and deliver projects for HR EM, act as strategic advisor for People elements of cross‑functional and cross‑cluster initiatives, and drive head office activities across HR EM in close alignment with internal counterparts.

It will drive and manage deliverables for HRSLT and EM SLT to represent the People strategy and plan, orchestrate key projects, programs and deliverables across the EM organization, and drive team planning, target setting, OKC delivery and governance.
