Responsibilities


+ Lead the Company's accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, treasury, tax compliance, and audit coordination.

+ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and support strategic decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

+ Manage critical accounting processes such as month-end close, accounts receivable/invoicing, accounts payable, sales tax, payroll entries, general ledger, fixed assets, accruals, and capital project accounting.

+ Develop and mentor the accounting team, providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and oversight to ensure timely and accurate financial activities.
