Description
The Sr. Director of Capture Management will oversee the capture team and efforts for PingWind civilian and Health agency pursuits. The key objective is to improve PingWind’s Capture Excellence through process improvement, training, strategic thinking, and a disciplined capture approach. This role will lead the corporate capture process to develop a thorough understanding of the opportunity, customer, competition, and required technical solution and coordinate with the team to create winning proposals.
