Position Overview
This position will support our Kroger national accounts
Position Responsibilities:
+ Lead national customer business plans to deliver new and organic sales growth.
+ Lead, manage and develop the Customer Leadership team
+ Possesses a proven ability to influence customers, suppliers and markets through effective communication, performance tracking and bridges alignment to achieve sales plan
+ Manages and maintains high customer service levels by delivering execution through multiple business and state units, partnering with key shareholders to drive revenue and profitability
+ Possesses demonstrated ability to lead from executive to street level against a variety of objectives using account management skills to meet and exceed internal/external customer expectations
+ Lead and develop a relationship strategy specific to each account including business reviews, top-to-top, etc.
