Job Description
Develops and provides strategic direction in the implementation of current and long-term HR goals and objectives for all aspects of HR impacting engagement and service excellence. Collaborates with stakeholders and the leadership to ensure the initiatives mirror best practices. Educates people leaders across the organization to enable them to be more effective leaders.
Job Responsibility
+ Leads an HR group with larger portfolios by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support leaders within a business unit, function, or geographic area.
+ Provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to senior leadership teams in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives.
