Job Summary

This role operates at the system level, leading the integration of strategic workforce planning, people analytics (Visier), and people alignment initiatives to ensure alignment between workforce, operations, and financial strategy. The Senior Director is accountable for building a scalable, data-driven workforce planning capability that enables Corewell Health to anticipate future workforce needs, forecast demand across corporate, clinical and non-clinical roles, address evolving skill gaps, and respond to dynamic healthcare and market conditions. This leader will advance modern work design by partnering with HR, Finance, Operations, and Digital Service teams to rethink how work is structured, decomposed, and delivered by optimizing roles, workflows, and workforce mix across buy, build, borrow, and bot/automate strategies.
