**Position Overview**

We are seeking a visionary and high-impact **Senior Director, Strategy & Product Management** to redefine the future of sterile processing workflows. This is a legacy-building opportunity. You will be the driving force of a product transformation, evolving our SaaS platform from a functional utility into an indispensable, AI-driven command center for hospital SPD operations.

The organization is looking for a hands-on product leader who has launched and scaled real software products used daily by non-technical customers. You will take full ownership of the platform's strategy, roadmap, and product organization. You will define what the platform becomes next, drive adoption and retention across an enterprise customer base, and partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to align product development with business growth.
