**Primary Function**
The Technical Director works independently and collaboratively with production team members to deliver flawless live events and recordings. This role requires exceptional client service skills, strong leadership abilities, and advanced technical and operational expertise across broadcast, streaming, and live event environments.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
Operate/oversee live switching, routing, monitoring, and show control.
Implement cueing/talkback, redundancy, and incident response.
Mentor operators; maintain SOPs, checklists, and rehearsal protocols.
Partner with engineering on readiness tests and upgrades
Serve as the leader of the control room, managing productions independently or in collaboration with Directors, Producers, and other stakeholders for broadcast, streaming, and live in person events.
