Position Title: Senior Drafter / Project Manager - Temporary Construction Equipment

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Drafter who is prepared to transition into a Project Manager role within our team. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in temporary construction equipment and a deep understanding of relevant NYC building codes and regulations.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of supported scaffolding, sidewalk sheds, personnel hoists, overhead and roof protection, site safety plans, and other temporary structures.
