Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
• Willing to work at Wilkins Plant, General Trias, Cavite.
