Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (subject to experience) + discretionary bonuses

About the role

Design systems that operate where failure isn’t an option. We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the development and integration of electrical systems for armoured military vehicles. This role goes beyond traditional vehicle design, you’ll be working on mission‑critical systems that directly support defence operations, including electronic countermeasures (ECM/EECM), BOWMAN communications, and situational awareness technologies. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy owning complex engineering challenges, influencing design direction, and working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, field‑ready solutions.
