Min 3 years in M&E. Electrical, ACMV, Fire, Plumbing
Responsibilities - To develop 2D detail design drawings, relevant drawing standards
- Preferred candidates with design experiences. Able to size cable tray, cables. Lightings.
- To assist in coordinating allM&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
- Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
- Update and maintain current drawings / documentation
Requirements - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
- Proficient in Autocad Revit Optional.
- Familiar with local building codes
- Familiar with local submission procedures
