Position Overview

Key Duties
  • Lead on-site installation and deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
  • Commission BESS, perform testing, and ensure successful system integration
  • Install and configure electrical distribution boards and connect systems to diesel generators
  • Perform electrical testing using multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters
  • Interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams
  • Troubleshoot system faults and conduct root cause analysis
  • Monitor system performance and perform data-driven diagnostics
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, IEC / UL standards, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal engineering teams
  • Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, and system records
