Electrical Engineer / PCB Design Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer / PCB Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sanford, FL. This role is essential in developing advanced tethered unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for both defense and commercial applications. The position requires a U.S. Person due to ITAR regulations.
Responsibilities

+ Design complex multilayer PCBs for advanced unmanned systems and supporting electronics.

+ Own hardware development from concept through production release.

+ Create schematics, perform component selection, and develop board layouts using Altium Designer or similar tools.

+ Develop mixed-signal, power, motor-control, and control system electronics.

+ Participate in hardware architecture and design reviews.

+ Troubleshoot prototype and production hardware, performing root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
