Perform immediate electrical isolation using LOTO procedures to secure site safety and prevent electrical hazards.
Conduct rapid electrical fault assessments using multimeters, insulation testers and thermal imaging cameras.
Establish electrical safety zones and implement electrical permit‑to‑work procedures.
Carry out comprehensive electrical inspections using specialized diagnostic equipment (insulation resistance testing, earth/ground continuity testing, motor current analysis).
Perform circuit breaker testing, protection relay testing and electrical system load analysis.
Identify root causes of electrical failures including motor failures, cable faults, control system malfunctions and protection device issues.
