Amentum is seeking expertise to perform engineering tasks related to Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) evolutions on naval ship architectures and systems.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Performing EMP research, analysis, requirements definition and development, assessments, test and evaluation.
+ Assess impacts of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) / EMP on shipboard configurations and systems, perform EMP risk impacts and mission analysis.
+ Assess High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) effects. Will develop technical and operational conclusions and write technical reports that meet sponsor requirements.
+ Plan and participate in MIL-STD 461 testing at the Naval Ordnance Transient Electromagnetic Simulator (NOTES) test facility.
+ Plan and participate in EMP testing for Low Level Continuous Wave (LLCW) technology demonstration; perform data acquisition and analysis; refine LLCW Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
