Responsibilities

• We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Engagement to join our Employee Experience team in Vancouver or Toronto
• The Employee Experience team is a global function at Clio dedicated to how Clions connect, celebrate, and belong — in person and across our distributed footprint
• Our team spans Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Employee Voice, Employee Engagement, and Social Impact
• We translate Clio’s mission, values, and operating principles into intentional programming that is measurable and tied to business outcomes
• Act as DRI for Team Day, Clio’s annual all-company conference — owning end-to-end planning, execution, and cross-functional committee leadership
• Design and deliver recurring connection programming including Summer Socials and seasonal moments throughout the year
