We are looking for an experienced Employee Experience professional for this role. The Senior Specialist, Fleet Employee Experience designs, implements, supports, and monitors programs that enhance the shipboard employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. The role is responsible for engagement, recognition, culture initiatives, survey administration and analysis, and collaboration with shipboard/shoreside HR and external partners.
