Senior Employee Lifecycle Specialist (Korean Speaker). This role oversees the complete employee life‑cycle, from hiring and onboarding through performance management, promotions, benefits, payroll, and terminations, ensuring the process aligns with KPIs and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor employee life‑cycle processes according to defined KPIs from onboarding to exit.
- Process examples include hiring, onboarding, probation, job changes, promotions, leave of absence, time management, performance and reward topics, one‑time payments and salary changes, benefit management, payroll preparation, and terminations.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, answer inquiries on time, and prepare, dispatch, and file documentation.
