Position Overview

The central objective of the Thrive (ER) team @Autodesk is to ensure treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with Autodesk’s culture and core values. The Senior Employee Relations Manager will provide employee relations and investigation expertise, case management, consultation and project management, within the global ER function. The responsibilities for this role fall within both the proactive (education and prevention) and reactive (conflict management and investigations) categories. The Snr ER Manager will be responsible for providing expert level consultation, guidance and support in all matters related to employee relations, including management training, consultation and guidance; employee complaint review and investigations; policy development and interpretation; disability and leave accommodations; and oversight of reduction in force processes.
