Senior Engineer, Database Service is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational aspects of database administration to meet the business needs and service level for database in On‑Prem & Cloud/ Azure covering ORACLE (11g,12c,19c) including RAC & Non RAC plus plus another database language e.g. MSSQL/ SQLMI /MYSQL /POSTGRES /Mongo including cluster.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level operational database support on functions associated with maintenance of Oracle Server databases plus MSSQL/SQLMI/MYSQL/POSTGRES/Mongo cluster/standalone onprem/cloud including administration, performance , security &hardening, back‑up,dataguard configuration and maintenance, reporting, and recovery procedures.
• Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
