Lead civil and structural design activities for HV/MV Substation and Cabling Projects from project initiation through commissioning.
Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with DEWA requirements, project specifications, contract scope, and applicable codes and standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance for civil and structural design optimization to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Support project execution teams by ensuring timely availability of approved engineering deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement in civil design processes, methodologies, and engineering standards.
Participate in technical evaluations and selection of design consultants, soil investigation agencies, survey contractors, and specialized engineering service providers.
