Responsibilities - Participate and lead initial project studies and help develop the sales approach.
- Understand technical issues and their impact on project cost and schedule.
- Resolve technical and construction issues with third parties (customer, engineers, suppliers, officials).
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate documents and activities for major projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and supervise one or two junior engineers.
- Develop plan and delegate to team members to deliver the project per customer requirements.
