Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Equipment & Hardware Engineer to support outsourced semiconductor manufacturing (OSAT) operations and internal factories by managing Automated Test Equipment (ATE), test hardware, wafer probe solutions, final test platforms, and backend scan & pack tooling. This role will be responsible for test equipment readiness, hardware standardization, supplier coordination, asset transfers, procurement execution, technical project management, and sustaining engineering support across global subcontractor sites.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Final Test, Wafer Probe Test, Backend Scan & Pack processes, hardware design, ATE platforms, supplier management, and cross‑functional project leadership.
