About the Role

The role involves being the single communication window with the customer’s OPM and driving ramp readiness with EPM, engineering, and factory teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the single communication window with the customer’s OPM.
• Drive ramp readiness with EPM, engineering and factory team with a focus on overall capacity planning, manufacturing process scalability, and bring up plans that include factory space, labor hiring, training, and production lines qualifications.
• Manage production capacity, production plan and delivery to fulfill customer forecast/demands.
• Work with sustaining EPM, engineering team and factory team to handle post ramp engineering verification and implement 2nd sources or new processes into the production line.
• Trace material and production quality, drive ORT progress and resolve quality issues.
