Position Overview

  1. Preparation of baseline schedule for buildings and infra projects
  2. Cost and resource loading of baseline schedules
  3. Weekly schedule updates and preparation of reports
  4. Identify potential delays/slippages and conduct impact analysis
  5. Coordination with the site teams & other stakeholders for schedule communication alignment and data collection
  6. Facilitate coordination between the project sites manufacturing units and any other in-house entities.
  7. Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for the management
  8. Present critical issues and mitigation strategies in review meetings
  9. Maintain records of baselines revised schedules and updates
  10. Support manpower planning based on project timelines
  11. Assist in preparing the resource rolling plans & productivity monitoring.
  12. Support preparation/ evaluation of delay analysis
  13. Support digitalization initiative in the planning function.
