Role Overview:

The AV Project Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Audio-Visual (AV) integration projects from initiation to completion. This includes managing site readiness, resource planning, vendor coordination, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and customer handover while ensuring quality and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage end-to-end AV project implementation at customer sites.

+ Review project drawings, BOM, and SOW to ensure technical and scope compliance.

+ Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal engineering teams for material readiness and installation support.
