Purpose

As Senior Engineering Manager for the Card Processing domain, you will lead the engineering teams responsible for building, operating and evolving PPRO’s local card-rail capabilities. You will partner closely with Product, Security, Risk & Compliance and Commercial teams to deliver reliable, secure and scalable payment solutions that enable PSPs and merchants to sell globally.

In addition to leading your engineering organisation, you will act as an engineering leader within our São Paulo hub, helping foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture while supporting engineering excellence across teams.

You will balance technical leadership, operational execution and people development, creating an environment where managers and engineers can thrive, innovate and continuously improve.
