Acts as a lead within the COU business segment(s)/region to promote consistency and operational excellence by assisting the Director with more regionally focused work and/or supporting a team of Engineering Managers. Responsible for P/L activities, budget development, leading & driving initiatives, marketing campaigns, development of tools, and driving process efficiencies to grow business segments. Leads and executes operational strategy across the COU segment(s)/region to drive growth and financial results while ensuring customer satisfaction within a highly matrixed organization.
