What is the Opportunity?Join SEAS (Shared Enterprise Application Services) team as a Senior Enterprise Applications Support Engineer (EDI/MFT), to manage, support, and optimize our enterprise file transmission and B2B integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Seeburger Business Integration Suite (BIS), managed file transfer (MFT), and EDI/B2B communications to ensure reliable, secure data exchange between internal systems and external trading partners.What Will You Do?

Platform Management & Support Ensure 99.9%+ uptime of the Seeburger BIS platform (MFT, EDI, API Gateway) through daily monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and preventive root cause analysis.

Trading Partner Management Onboard and maintain external partners by configuring communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S), managing certificates, resolving transmission issues, and documenting speci...
