Senior Environmental EngineerProvide manufacturing facility support for the ongoing compliance with environmental rules and regulations pertaining to air quality. Ensure that all control, monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements related to the area of responsibility are satisfied. Maintain internal relationships with refinery personnel and establish external relationships with regulatory representatives. Interact and coordinate construction projects with agencies, consulting firms, and contractors. Ensure compliance by developing and/or implementing compliance systems and tools. A high degree of auditing and data review is required.

Principle Responsibilities:

Specific job duties include overseeing the refinery air permitting and compliance, emissions monitoring (CEMS), and emissions source testing (stack testing and RATA testing) programs, refinery MACT compliance and reporting, and other environmental report development/implementation.
