Bring your deep civil and earthworks expertise to the forefront as a Senior Estimator, leading high-impact estimating strategy and execution across complex, large-scale projects. In this role, you will drive accuracy and innovation —overseeing all aspects of estimating from early-stage conceptual development through to final bid submission.

You will provide leadership in quantity take-offs, advanced cost modelling, and bid strategy across lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus contracts. As a trusted advisor to operations and senior leadership, you will shape project pursuit strategies, mitigate risk, and identify value-driven opportunities that enhance competitiveness and project outcomes.

Recognized for your strategic mindset and technical depth, you will champion continuous improvement, mentor developing estimators, and elevate estimating standards across the business.
