Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive estimate schedules during project planning
• Perform detailed E&I material pricing and labor hour estimates
• Conduct reconciliation of E&I estimates with design documents
• Lead QA/QC processes for E&I calculations and unit rates
• Maintain and improve E&I unit-rate databases
Requirements:
