The Role
This is genuinely the most important hire in the business. It's a preconstruction-focused Estimator role, owning the process from the very first client conversation right through to build. You'll be client-facing from day one, working closely with the in-house design team on scope, value engineering and buildability, not just crunching numbers behind a desk.
