Senior Estimator
We have an opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our successful pre-construction Team based in either our Team Valley or Leeds office covering the North East and Yorkshire.
Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director duties will involve a broad range of bid management, estimating and pricing duties. The successful candidate will require experience of typical procurement routes including Single and Two Stage Tendering, Design & Build, Frameworks and Negotiated Tenders.
What you will be doing:
Cost Planning and Analytical/ st Principles Estimating
Measuring and taking off quantities from drawings – electronic and paper
Preparing bill of quantity / pricing documentation
Preparing and sending out sub-contract and materials enquiries
Specification analysis & review
Reviewing enquiry returns / checking compliance
