In this role, you will manage employee advances, reimbursements, ledger administration, and payment processing to ensure timely settlements, accurate financial records, and compliance with company policies and financial controls. You will process employee claims and settlements, maintain employee ledger accounts, coordinate payments through ERP systems, reconcile employee-related transactions, and support monthly financial closing and audit activities. You will also contribute to improving the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of finance operations through strong financial governance and process discipline.
