A public firm is looking for a Human Resource Executive, Group Shared Services (HR operations)

Your new role

Provide HR administrative support for the assigned portfolio, covering employee life cycle events such as probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of working hours, conversion of employment terms, contract renewal, post-retirement re-employment, post-basic incentive payment or salary adjustment upon attainment of higher qualifications, as well as staff referral incentive payout.

Provide support to management in the review, development and implementation of processes; this may include preparing adhoc reports

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognized diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• 1 year experience in HR, or HR operations will be advantageous.
